Best TV I've ever owned.
I have always been a sucker for high end TV's and have had a number of them over the years including a Pioneer Elite Plasma, Panasonic GT50 plasma and a 85” Sony XBR900H. That said, this LG C1 is the best of the bunch by far and is what other TV's should aspire to. The blacks are amazing and it's just a top notch set. I had considered a Samsung Q90 but the lack of 2.1 hdmi jacks all around disappointed me since I have a PS5 and Series X. Not sure why other manufacturers only give you 2 of the 2.1's while LG gives you 4. The picture on both the Xbox and PlayStation are amazing. I'm a big Destiny 2 fan and this set makes it even more enjoyable. SD and HD both look fantastic and 4K Dolby Vision shows are stunning! If you can, spend a little more buy the best TV currently out there. You won't be disappointed!

What a cluster
I chose the retailer for the fact it was promised a 2-day shipping time, then my order gets delayed by 2 days after the promised date. When it's time to receive the order, my $2000 tv is left for grabs in front of the apartment complex by FedEx. No signature, no ring in my door, nothing. They were ready to get up and leave it there for any random person that felt like grabbing a very expensive tv home. I caught them on time to ask them to at least bring it to my apartment door. Finally get to take the TV inside, while I unpack I notice the outside of the box is damaged and bulging, the styrofoam inside was broken. The tv was falling forward in the process instead of standing up in the styrofoam. After assembling, I place it on my stand totally excited, connect my consoles and the TV simply doesn't turn on. Contacted Walmart.com, asked to get a replacement, I'll have to repack this whole thing by myself. Was told that due to the website problems, I would get the refund but then would have to re-order the TV. Like having my expensive tv left for grabs, and then finding out it's DOA wasn't enough. I get my new order canceled as soon as it's placed because of "fraud alert" per Walmart's part. My card worked just fine in the process. I really don't know if it's even worth trying again. Should've gone with the competitors instead. I want my money back.

    Nice tv
Nice tv, but difficult to move without handles. Very thin tv. Once installed, it is a good tv. Should design a more stable way to install it or whenever I move.

Bad experience from an expensive TV
I bought this tv on Nov. 20 because I love the OLED technology. I had a wonderful experience watching movies and playing video games. Now my tv turned off by itself a year and 3 weeks after I bought it and hasn't turned back on again. The tech came over and told me that it looks like the panel died. I don't know if they going to replace the tv for a new one or they going to fix it. It is very upsetting. A tv this expensive shouldn't last a year.

    Repair
I had lines show up on my TV after a few months of owning my TV. I went onto LG website and fill out a repair request and in a few days the guy came out and took a look to see what part to order. Then a few days later the part came in they set up a time and came and replaced the part. It took them 35 minutes and they were fast and very professional.

    Amazing but..
I bought it after black friday 2021. Watching movies at home are better than watching at theaters in terms of video quality. After almost one year, horizontal lines appeared. Customer support issue a repair and after 9 business day a 3rd party replace the panel which is covered by warranty for 1 year. Good as new again. Hopefully, no problems show up before we extend the warranty. My brother have the previous year model but no issue after 2 years, that's why we made a decision to purchase this LG OLED.

    Excellent picture
I bought this based off online reviews. They were right. The picture on this is amazing. The only down side is I get tv via the internet and I use spectrum. LG does not have an app for spectrum. This is a big issue. I had to buy a roku and use this to watch TV. LG need to get an app for spectrum.

    Happy but sad
I love the picture on this. It's really amazing. But sadly I've only had it about 7 months and I have a row of pixels go out. After the tv being on for 10 to 30 minutes they would start working again. I called LG and a repair person is working on getting a new screen to replace this one. And that's fine. But now the tv will not stay on. You trun it in on. Everything comes up it starts to play and then 10 seconds later it shuts off. So now I have a beautiful tv that doesn't work. Hopefully someday here soon someone from LG will call me to let me know they are going to show up and fix my tv. Let's hope it's soon because it's FOOTBALL SESAON!!

    Used Goods?
The TV is fine. No complaints. As good as advertised. BUT...the remote control is clearly a used or "refurbished" product. Out of the box it showed obvious signs of prior usage and wear. I have requested a replacement and LG assurances that my TV is also not a used product. No resolution yet.

    There's almost nothing I don't like, almost!
Great picture, nice and sharp, the remote is very nice, works great with the Roku, really good sound with plenty of different settings for a TV, no complaints except I found The network card built-in can receive no faster than 100 MBS. SpeedTest through the chrome browser only gave me average 30 download and around 70 to 80 upload speeds, the TV was replaced and it's not much better. Must use another device like a Roku to get a faster speed with no buffering for 4K viewing. Does not make any difference if it's wired or connected through Wi-Fi.

    Great features and picture
I am very pleased I made the decision to purchase this model. Great many features and awesome picture. Obviously still exploring the tech options but overall this was and is a great choice. Latest tech in this TV hopefully means I will not have to replace this for sometime to come….

    In love.
There are many options out there, but only one company actually develops and manufactures OLED displays and that company is LG Display. So I figured I'd go to the source and get me an LG, not to mention, coincidentally, all my other displays in my house are LG so the C1 was destiny. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, especially now seeing the C2 is only marginally better. If you're coming from base model 1080p TVs to something like this, like I did, you'll be absolutely floored. When I first bought the TV I was amazed at what I was seeing, then realized what I was watching wasn't even in 4k! Fast forward to finding 4k content, especially HDR or Dolby vision and Oh. My. God. What a treat this TV is. I've just been devouring all the 4k HDR/Dolby vision content I can find, even upgrading and purchasing streaming services to have more 4k content. It's just so awesome. The C1 will completely change your TV watching experience. Careful, you will get fat.

    Awesome gaming TV!
I'm a little over a month in and I'm still in love! I worried so much about the brightness and burn in! My tv sits in front of an all glass wall and I don't have any issues! I love to show you what MSFS looks like but I don't post to youtube!

    Smart, intuitive features
After living with my 55 in C1 OLED for about two months now, I am absolutely glad that I made this purchase! For the money this TV has everything (and more) that I can ever need to run my series X at its full potential. I was a little disappointed that there's no next gen OTA tuner, but you can hardly tell that the tuner is not in 4k because the picture quality is spectacular. The built-in speakers are excellent sounding. I REALLY love that it has built in Bluetooth. The gaming features are the main reason I chose to go with the LG OLED. Gaming mode automatically activates when I press the button on my Xbox and it's easy to navigate the menus once you are familiar with them. Oh, and the remote for the TV is amazing with its mouse-like pointer and scroll wheel. Of course nothing is perfect, and I'm only a little disappointed in the picture quality in the darkest scenes from Ozark, there are occasionally blurred edges on both sides of the screen. That's my only negative criticism of my TV.. other than that, I'm completely satisfied every time I finish watching it for the day. I should also mention that this tv is also the thinnest screen I have ever seen and even when the screen is off The TV is a work of art..

    AwesomE tv
We've had our LG 65” for about a month now and are really enjoying it. Clear picture, great sound! The only drawback is that I can't use external headphones on it without cutting out sound for someone else watching. A little flaw in LG apparently.

    Defective Panel
The first LG 48” C1 I received had a defective panel. A bright green line of dead pixels appeared on the screen after two weeks of use. Amazon replaced the defective unit. So far, the replacement unit has not had any problems or defects.

    Best Picture Hands Down!
Wife surprised me this year for my birthday and I couldn't be happier, this is the TV I've dreamt of for a long time, being an avid Gamer, Movie Lover and Alexa Snob, this TV Delivers! Cannot tell you how good the picture actually is in person, it's mind blowing! Absolutely Mind Blowing Color and Blacks shine through, it's unbelievable and Gaming on Next Gen Consoles is Night and Day! Xbox Series X is ridiculous on this thing! Only cons to this is getting used to the WebOS coming from a Roku TV, Alexa, Had some issues connecting, (User Error), Lots of learning curves with TV Settings and Functions but overal;l couldn't be Happier, Only Complaint would be that the WebOS ads and such are bigger than the actual apps you are trying to access, feel WebOS could be better but that's preference. Amazing TV! N

    Best TV ever!!!
Tv is amazing. Best tv I have ever owned. Fees things to be aware of, very heavy with all the weight being towards bottom. Secondly, it has a Veda mount which is more center and towards the bottom. I had a mount installed and wanted to use it. I was able to just move it down and have the outlet above.

    Screen replaced < 2 weeks
The picture on the TV is phenomenal when working properly. Unfortunately I have run into 2 issues within the first 2 weeks of having the television. The first issue was ability to access applications. I had to get in touch with LG support to fix the problem which did require remote access. Secondly 2 weeks after receiving the TV a green line started to appear on the screen. I am still waiting for this to be repaired. LG also doesn't offer quite as many applications as some other TV's specifically ESPN which is disappointing.

    High resolution!; remote revamp
Best resolution for the buck at this dimension. Remote needs replacing with a wireless keyboard/ceramic pad as the mouse function is too touchy acccuracy-wise. LG could use wireless keyboard/touch pad with any key or combo to power on. The mouse could do most of the point & click. LAN port MUST be 1 GB/sec or greater these days of gaming & resolution. Current port restricts LAN speed.

    Piece of Art!
Purchased this tv because my wife bought me an Xbox series x for Christmas and as everyone did I researched and decided to give it a chance.Wow my wife and I are completely satisfied OLED is Amazing. Not only does my games look and perform incredible, the shows we watch on Netflix and Disney look mind bending!I do have to add that you will need to do some tweaks for your games and for your picture settings so you get the best out of the LG C1.We used YouTube and was so easy to set up.Over all we don't regret it one bit the quality and the way it performs is astonishing.
