Do not buy
Do not buy the tv is constantly freezing . I thought it was the internet but it's the TV. Read the reviews. I wish I had before I purchased it. Never can watch a complete show without constantly having to restart the Tv . Very frustrating.

    Extremely dissatisfied with shifty return policies
    This TV had issues right after I had bought it with the screen. It happened once and now it happened once again. Screen is messed up again I come on to check to return and exchange and my other items say they were purchased April 6 and need to be returned by June 1st and yet this one said it had to be returned May 6th which I think is ridiculous since it's a malfunction with the TV screen. I never heard of only a 30 day return. Maybe a 7 day or 14 day or 90 day. I am extremely unhappy and purposely purchased the brand I felt would be better quality and now I wasted a hundred plus dollars when I just lost everything and struggling for money as it is. Extremely dissatisfied! With Walmarts policy more than anything I understand there's always one in the bunch but there should be adequate time to be able to exchange if this is the case. Initially we thought it could've been the Xbox not the screen but now we know for sure it's the screen.

    Vizio TV from Walmart delivery
    way to small and screen is messed up literally as soon as i plugged it in there's dark splotches all on screen. i thought this was 32inch and got what looks like a small computer screen that's been damaged. huge disappointment and not happy about this waste of money an time.

    I use antenna works much better on smaller tv
    Bought this as a temp for my bedroom. My 65” stopped working and I wasn’t ready to purchase another large one. I use antenna picks up channels a lot better, oh and it’s a smart tv Good quality television

    Poorly handled all around!
    Tv came with no outer packaging and was placed on my porch so anyone could see it was a tv sitting there. 2 huge holes in the front of the box. When we opened it tv screen was broken and top of tv detached. Return process is delayed and now we have to wait for new t.v. Super unacceptable!!!

    Try a different TV and save your money.
    I got this TV for my sons room for his birthday. Its been almost a year and woke up to a total green screen this morning. And the sound has been stopping for about 7months now. You have to unplug, then replug in to get the sound to work. So don't waste your time or money on this TV.

    Not so smart after all
    Fairly happy with this little TV in my office for about 2 weeks. Then it wouldn't hold a wi-fi connection. I tried moving it in the house and even hardwired it with no success. I am no longer a fan of "smart" tvs. Give me my big, dumb, dependable tv back any day.

    Green screen don't buy
    Green screen blotches all over the screen happened two times since buying this tv. I think I have only had it actually hooked up for about month, even though I got it in Oct. I reset the whole tv to get it to stop happening the first time but this is ridiculous. Also experienced a red glow over the black colors several times but the green makes it completely hard to watch anything. Just crap and I can't even return now.

    Don't waste your money!
    I purchased this Tv as I've have other Vizio TVs and love them along with all the great reviews. But this one is terrible!!! It's really slow, it constantly lags. It constantly has trouble connecting to apps like prime and Netflix which really was the reason for buying it. I am going to try and return it and get a Phillips Roku for a few dollars more. Don't waste your money on this thing.

    VIZIO 24" Smart TV? Not Smart!
    Poor picture quality and sound. During set-up, connection kept dropping, had to keep restarting the process. Finally made it to home screen, signed in to several apps then the real fun began. Tried to watch shows, VIZIO said "NO, I decide what you watch, when you watch and for how long you watch!" To accomplish this, the VIZIO TV turned off/muted the program and even dropped the connections altogether. We reset to factory settings, installed a ROKU and, so far, no issues. EXCEPT picture fades from high def to low def: looks washed out. Happens as often as scene changes in the programs we're watching. Update: screen goes completely or partially green. Boxed and ready for return. Researched other 24" TV's from other brands and merchants. Found a brand with higher ratings BUT similar complaints. Seems regardless of brand, TV's are faulty. At least in this size.

    The day after it arrived it would not turn on. After trying to find a solution on the internet I found that unplugging it for a minute and replugging it in worked, but it would jump off to the over the air channels to an assortment of internet TVs without notice. After a couple of days of unplugging and plugging I contacted Walmart to return the TV. Vizio said this was a newer model that shouldn't have these problems, I said I agree, duh. Maybe the one you get will be a winner. The picture is fine.

    Waste of Money!!!
    So the size is nice but it's constantly freezing, apps keep disconnecting and freezing, it will randomly freeze to pop up a show for you to show interest in. I'm so over this TV I'm upset I can't return it. HBO Max is unavailable on it. it doesn't have an app store and at this point I have to stream everything from my phone in order to watch anything. My pic shows the screen after I press the Netflix button. that's what I get everytime!!

    powerful tv with minor issues
    TV arrived quickly in great condition. It is light and has clear image, good sound and useful software such as Chrome-Cast and phone screen mirroring which most inexpensive TVs do not have. It does get stuck while mirroring or YouTube at times and I have to restart the TV at times. I had to buy a center stand because the tiny legs are useless for small spaces. For the price, it is still a great deal.

    Great Replacement For Non Smart T.V.
    I enjoyed the purchase of the VIZIO 24" Class HD LED Smart TV D-Series D24h-G9 that was purchased at the Walmart on Henry Street. It was an excellent replacement for my 20 inch Insignia Non Smart Television. And the free apps that came with the VIZIO 24" Class HD LED Smart TV D-Series D24h-G9 have exceeded my expectations and then some. Will consider this brand and model when I need to replace bedroom television someday.

    Rarely works.
    Not worth it... Honestly it's the only tv in the house that can't make it through a movie. It has a very hard time loading anything, and if you turn it of you have to unplug it and plug it back in to turn it back on. Horrible waste of money.
