Best controller ever
My son loves this controller the extra feature/s and the feel and grip of it. I felt it myself and I must say as a mother who is not interested in gaming, it really was cool to look at as well as the feel of it.

Worst delivery ever
Controller is perfect this review is about wal mart delivery!!! Insanely terrible 1st they leave my package at the wrong address. 2nd they didnt even put my controller in a box!!! The controller was exposed and anyone could have snatched it!!! Worst experience with any retail delivery

    Broken Controller
    Package showed up damaged. The controller Left Trigger was defective causing it to be "pressed" constantly without me pressing it. Effectively hurting gameplay a lot. I will never purchase online from Walmart again!

    Good controller
    I liked using this controller, had it for 4 months before it started acting up, but the warranty from the protection plan gave me full reimbursement, so everything went okay!

    3rd attempt, received opened and used controller
    3rd attempt to order. First shipped an empty envelope. This was a direct order from Walmart for delivery from store. Sent via shipping a day later instead. Item arrived 3 days late. Box was damaged and closed with scotch tape over a broken seal. Batteries were missing and obvious wear with green marks on the side of the controller. Went back to the store to exchange, but Walmart does NO EXCHANGES! Wasn't worth sending back a 3rd time and waiting weeks again. I'll update if Walmart wants to make this mess right.

    Controller came used and broken and not able to make a return. Aparently Walmart sold me a used controller that does not even have the same serial number on the box and the back of the controller. After many years of being Walmart costumer, this is a very bad experience. How Walmart sold a used expensive item like this before even verify serial nunber and item conditions. Now I am wiyhout a controller and without my refund. Never again I will buy electronics from the Walmart app.

    Price was lower than Amazon. First online order with Walmart...very easy to complete. Original MS controller- no problem syncingwith Xbox Series S. Delivery was later than stated at the time of ordering by a day.

    As Advertised. Came in a really nice box !
    Came very well packaged and protected 0 problems As Advertised. Actually, I ordered exactly this item from amazon before too and the box came in very bad condition. But in this case the box and insides were extremely well protected. Walmart did an amazing job. Thank You!

    The home button on the controller only works if you press really hard down on it and even then it only works half the time. It's very difficult to use because of this as that's how you turn on the controller and how you open the main menu

    I love this controller!! It's sturdy and fits perfect. I absolutely perfect, although some may not like the obnoxious share button you hit accidentally but I gotten use to it, Compatible with the Xbox one line up as well

    Great value for a solid controller
    Really great controller! If you are having connection issues - plug the controller into your PC and update it via the Xbox Accessories app from the Microsoft Store app. This fixed it for me. I wish Microsoft made things a little easier to find but I found that solution after a long web search.

    It stopped connecting after a few months. Got this for my brothers birthday and now it can't even be used. So irritated. Keep your boxes and everything, if you get this you'll probably have to return it.

    it is not connecting to the Xbox One and it's supposed to connect to Microsoft Xbox One and something else and the computer Walmart will not exchange it out for the right controller because of the date it was purchased in November which is crazy when I still have the receipt and it's a brand new thing that was never opened until today but it doesn't work to the box

    Xbox dropped the ball with this one
    I have the same issues many here have mentioned. It keep disconnecting and reconnecting on PC using the bluetooth. On Division 2, when you down press the left stick to run, it opens the menu. Never had an issue with the old Xbox One controller. Return.

    over all an improvement
    controller over all feels more premium, button and triggers feel really nice. its a little smaller then last gen which is tough for me because I have big hands. updates without plugging in:) . my only real complaint is the D pad. cheap plastic. why make the controller feel more premium and then go cheap on the D pad? over all glad I upgraded

    Works great on PC w/windows 10
    I was looking for a wireless controller that pairs directly to PC for gaming. I play on Steam and was using an old bootleg PS3/SCP toolkit rig that was getting on my nerves. This controller works great. Two issues: The batteries that come with it lasted about 2 days and are not rechargeable, and you definitely need to invest in a 10-foot or longer USB-C cable for when you dont have batteries and to update the free accessories package from xbox. Otherwise its doing exactly what it says!
