The microphoned worked for about 10minutes....then stopped. The lights did not even turn on when being used. If using for XBOX one do not purchase.Jennifer

He has to be physically connected to his game console for the lights to show. other then that , it's a really good head set. sound quality is really good. he uses it for multiple devices ( game console, laptop, cell etc.) and it works great. it really blocks sound so yelling at him to get his attention doesn't help. They light up and change colors. Best part was I couldn't remember what kind of gaming systems they each had (of course all three was different from the other) and these come with adapters for each of the different systems, even some that none of them have. So once again granny was the greatest granny ever. Oh I bought the 2 year protection plan for my granddaughters and I would recommend getting it. I had to use it already on hers, her sister used it and laid it down and new puppy chewed wires almost in two filed claim puppy chewing covered. Yeah, granny's the greatest once again. Love those grandkids should have had them first lolkathy

I like the lights but the location of the USB sucks. I have to have an extension cord to plug it in because of how short it is. The mic also picks up audio from the headset so my friends hear an echo, but I'm guessing that's because my head is small. They still haven't broken yet, the cord is very good for being sturdy. I wish they could be louder but they aren't loud, I need to still use my adapter to hear things. Overall, I like them but they could do better. I just really wish they where louder.Alex

It didnt come in a box just a bag with no instructions, so I had to google and you tube to find out that the Xbox one controller will need an adapter that cost $50 before it will work..
