Bought this because it’s water resistant and my teens love music in the shower. Was pleased just at that feature but upon opening I learned it is also an FM radio and has a memory card slot! Two extra features I wasn’t considering. And what a price! Add to that you can join them (buying another now) and play through both at the same time. I’m very happy with this purchase but my kids call me old man now and tease me about life before technology. Fantastic buy at a fantastic price.

They would not go out of their way to ensure thatbinwas happy with my purchase. How hard would it be for them to send a power cord for my laptop. I have to buy it myself. I dont care if its not their responsibility to provide one. Good customer service would find a way to send it to me!

Tried to reset it and factory reset it to fix the problem and no luck. Tried to get Samsung to fix it, but they won’t accept my receipt of purchase. So now I can’t even get the problem fixed!Marvin

I opened it and the tablet is used, not even in the protective sleeve they come in, it was stuck to the back of the tablet so now there is a glue line down the back of the tablet. The tablet itself looks used and I have had it on the charger now for second day and it wont even turn on. I sent a email yesterday about this and have yet to receive a response. Bobody mentioned any other requirements. Return tge laptop and we will refund your money. That's it. so where is my refund?AddieM

They've not been in contact with me they haven't really made much of an effort to help besides just telling me to send the product back and that they would refund me.
