Horrible experience, I love Walmart but this was another level bad experience. i bought the tv before black friday at the same price but i didnt have to do the line o be in contact with alot of people. Tv cam broken completely call custumer service and they will no send me a new an i have to pay full price for it even though its not my fault. No honoring princes, nothing. There where the same tv in the store but they where for black friday so they couldnt give me one. Bad experience for something that is not my fault.

    Love My TV
    The TV came perfectly wrapped with no scratches or damages. After mounting, very little to no adjustments were needed. It seems to auto adjust picture quality. It was noticed that there are sound differentials between stations/pictures and the sound has to be adjusted up or down. Especially while viewing streaming apps. Unlike the 55 inch. Not sure why that is. Other than that, enjoying the TV quality.

    This was an awful purchase.
    I'm just opening my tv that has been stored in my shed since purchase. I open the box and the tv screen is damaged. Cannot get an associate on the phone, after being placed on hold it disconnects before speaking to anyone.

    Terrible.
    Terrible. Haven't even had the tv for 30 days, already went black. Sometimes when it does turn on, you get the title screen saying "Smart TV - Power by Tizen" but wont get any further.

    Bought this samsung 58in tv on walmart.com on August 1 2022 it came August 4 2022. Got it out of box went through all the trouble putting it on my wall bracket to turn it on and see a big line going straight down the middle. So upset boxed it up to take ba k to walmart for them to tell me i have to ship it back. Which will take sevetal fays then walmart said it woulf be 5 to 10 days beforei get a refund!!! So here i am with no tv have to wait no telling how long on refund so i can buy another tv definitely from somewhere besides Wal-Mart never again!!

    really disappointed. i bought this tv and it had bad light bleeding that is very distracting in a darkened room (which is mostly when we watch). i returned the first one thinking it was a defect, and the new one has the same thing. terrible!

    TV is fine, software is not.
    bought the tv almost one year ago to the day (nov 30th, 2020). the tv is now stuck and say it needs updated by a usb drive. i've tried over and over to put the current firmware onto a usb drive and to get it to repair or reboot and apply it. no luck and samsung support hasn't been able to help so far. pretty annoying that a firmware update that should be taking place in the background somehow is corrupt? can't even change inputs to roku or a game system.

    tv came broke cant seem to get to the right person to get it fixed have had a ticket open since this thing came. my reviews keep getting censored hopefully this one doesnt. i cant stress enough how bad this experience has been. product is broken. i have asked for managers to help this is my plea.

    I order this item and the first time it came it didn't work as the brightness would only go up to 50%. So I returned got a new one and waited another week for it. It delivered today and it came with a messed up screen. Idk what the problem is with these TVs but it ain't looking good.

    very large tv.. happy with the purchase and so far have ran it for 8 hours, not warm at all and downloaded multiple streaming service that normally isn't available on streaming devices.. definitely going to be cancelling our Direct TV as its no longer needed.. love it

    Major screen defects after less than 20 hours use.
    In less than 4 months owning, and very limited usage, this tv developed large annoying smudges in the screen which makes watching anything annoying... instead of enjoyable.

    Just reviewed mine today. That's unfortunate other customers received theirs damaged. I was afraid mine would be the same, but mine came in perfect condition. It was a risk I was willing to take. Got it on time and it's perfect! For the price and someone who just wanted a simple TV, this is perfect. Picture quality looks great, sound is clear, the remote navigation, and the apps are easy and simple to use! So happy that I made this purchase.

    No picture/No sound
    Purchased this tv a couple of weeks ago (February 2). Brought it home, set the tv up picture was working fine. Now I'm getting sound but NO picture. Not happy at all! I tried of over an hour to unplug all the cords and plugged them back in.....still no picture and now no sound. Very frustrated!

    The only complaint I have is the brightness. I wish the TV was entirely backlit rather than just the edges. It looks great in low lighting, but when the sun is shining into the room, its less than than desirable. I would also like to access the apps with a single button push. The remote is pretty basic.

    Great TV for the price. Can't go wrong with a Samsung in my opinion. I purchased the 65” in store. I didn't want to risk damage during shipping. Anyone that gives this TV bad reviews is probably some super tech game nerd that finds fault in just about anything electronic (eye roll) lol...If you are a normal average person who wants a nice TV, then I highly recommend this one...or any Samsung for that matter! Side Note: I was watching Plant earth when I took the photo, and as you can see the picture quality is great!!

    I'm serious with my at home tv entertainment standards. I've shelled out racks for top Samsung and Sony brands. When I saw this 4K Samsung 65” tv under $500 during Black Friday. I thought if it has Samsung name on it. At least try it. What a surprise. Has exceeded all my expectations. I actually use 8k Hdmi cords for superior experience. Plus I have Verizon Fios. Omg. I'm never going to another movie Theater when they reopen. Also the sound is so impressive I no longer use my sound bar. Great job Samsung. I'm a loyal fan for life.

    Love, love, love this tv
    I could not be happier with this TV. The graphics are amazing. Ive never seen anything so clear. Also I love that I can stream radio stations, Spotify, and other apps available on the TV. apps I work from home and listen all day long. The sound is superior to what I had been using. I could not recommend this TV more!
