    I didn't like the instructions, not stating how to turn it on. It turns on when plugged in. Even though it does, it's job, navigating through it is a little archaic. To "select enter" should've been a separate button, not the right arrow button.

    I was suprised to find only the scanner and cable in a generic brown Innova box (not the retail box). No warranty cards, no batteries, no quick start, no app download card, and no protective film over the display. The item is not listed as a refurb, but that's what it appears to be. On the other hand, the scanner was in perfect condition and was offered at an attractive price so I would definitely have kept it, but it was missing some functions I wanted so I returned it for a refund.

    Ancel is the product. It's probably OK, but I can't say because that's not what I received. OBDSPACE, the seller is the problem, They shipped the wrong product and will not respond to any contact method. I will dispute this with the credit card until they respond.

    Invest in one of these products. Most auto shops don't use these. It correct and completely precise on issues or issues to potentially down the road. I love it

    My recent purchase of the Foxwell NT510 Elite OBD2 Scanner is the first experience I have had with a product from Ancel Corporation, but it will not be the last. I highly recommend and have no reservations about future purchases.
