It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I enjoyed putting it together, my wife did not, but she was a big help holding parts together. A few written instructions might help ease frustrations of customers. I thought the pictures were enough, but my wife did not. The provided "hold downs" will not suffice. They need to be at least 12" long to drive into the soil to keep the windmill upright in windy conditions.

JUNK, the sound only worked for a month. the light works but no sound. contacted Chenrun Industry, they gave me the run around, said they were going to refund my money, they never got back to me with the refund process. I am surprised that Daily Saves allows such a shady company such as Chenrun to sell on their website. buyer beware. waste of money

    I am not happy at all! In what world is this a USB cord? how am I supposed to charge them or heat them. I ordered USB rechargeable heated socks and that is exactly what I expect to receive. I will be contacting customer service. this will be made right one way or another.

    Seller from China... Poorly packed in an envelope, Item arrived Crushed and broken. Getting the run-a-round from seller. Notified seller Item received damaged. Seller wanted photos. I sent photos and explained the receiver button was crushed down and would not pop up. Seller response "Dear friend, From your photo we just can see the box is damage, we wonder to know the item in box also damage? " I explained, as stated in last message Item was damaged. Seller has stopped communicating.

    Well I ordered it April 19th and it was suppose to be her Thursday the 29th but no scooter and I got a text from UPS that it was coming early April 26th never showed my Granddaughter is upset and The said that it got to Dothan AL Sunday April the 25th at 3 am so why dont I have it

    The only thing I didn't like about the first one I purchased was the plastic lens. It came off when it got wet from the rain and then it stopped working. This time I added some clear silicone around the edges to keep it in place.

    I ordered 2 of these and when I opened them up one of them looked like it was used it didn't come with a man you'd like the other 1 did or a screwdriver like the other 1 did. I wouldn't purchase these again.
