They did not care the description of the item ordered was wrong, only that I tried to return after 30 days. This was a gift. The cover looked nice. I never thought an item sold for scrapbooking/photo album would not have covers to protect your photos, so I did not see a need to open it. No one would use this for their photos, so the description is wrong. If this was sold directly through Daily Saves, I would have been able to return but this company does not care they sold something with an inaccurate description. Daily Saves suggested to go ahead and return the item to see if I’ll get my refund. So I did. If I actually get my refund. I will update this rating.
