Ordered 5 Dec but it had a very slow delivery time period and was late, so I can only give 4 stars for this vendor. Delivery date was 14 Dec but received on 18 Dec. Shipping was delayed by a third-party shipper. When USPS finally got the package, it only took them a day to deliver it to us from Texas. The APC product was in good condition, and we had no problems installing it.

Ordered 2 Laptops from this market place vendor that is also known as Technology Galaxy. Instead of laptops, I received 2 printer accessories. I contacted them and let them know they did not send me the right items. They responded by sending me a questionnaire for which I answered and emailed them back the responses. I didn't hear back from them. I emailed them twice more for a response and have yet to receive a response from them. They willfully chose not to respond to me. To be honest, I don't think they ever had the laptops in stock so they sent me whatever they had. I especially needed these laptops because my children will be going to school exclusively online. I called Daily Saves and they were awesome about refunding me the money...

On this order the ad said the price was $7.93 with free shipping. When I got to the checkout $12.00 shipping had been added to the order for shipping. It said this charge was added by the supplier because my shipping address was a PO Box. I needed the cable, therefore I agreed to pay the fee. I assumed it would be mailed using the Postal Service because of the extra charge. I usually get orders using the Postal Service in about 3 days and when other carriers are used it takes a week or more. I ordered the cable on 4/21/19 and was given a delivery date of 4/24/19 - 4/26/19. When I didn't receive the cable by 4/26/19, I checked ...Robert
