Guided delivery helps you be in control of your delivery. With this new feature you can tell us where you'd like your order dropped off.

Make sure your address has the correct format when you enter it. Select the address from the drop-down menu when it appears for a more successful delivery.

To add guided delivery instructions when you order, you can:

1. Select Review order at checkout.
2. Select Add delivery instructions.
3. Provide the following:
   • Type of address (E.g., house, apartment, business, other)
   • Dropoff location (E.g., front door, building reception, mailroom, no preference)
   • A security code or call box number
4. Delivery notes
5. Select Save.

This helps our drivers deliver your order right where you need it.
