    One of the three controls does not fit the pads
    I just received the product and it works fine but one of the three controls does not fit the pads, the three controls should be similar as they must be made in a serial way but two fit fine and one doesn't, They looks similar but something must be wrong, I plug one side and the other unplugs, how can I exchange it? If the 3 controls were fine I could give a good rating
