It's terrible. Makes lots of noise would love to return. Not even using. Bought two others last year in store. Make zero noise.

    Unfortunately, the heater arrived defective. One heating tube not working. I NEED the heater reason I ordered it so although I requested a replacement, informed it will NOT be sent UNTIL they receive the defective one back. So now a week later still waiting through the coldest days of the winter so far and no heater...Additionally, still no email indicating a replacement was shipped. Look although it's no bearing on the shipper in this case Walmart, this policy stinks and is not consistent with other online venders. They apologize for the inconvenience and ship a replacement immediately sometimes even giving a credit or discount for the delay, then if they do not for whatever reason get the defective unit back in 15/30 days, they charge you double, that is totally fair. Had I known this was the policy when a damaged or defective item arrived, I would have simply returned for credit and purchased a replacement elsewhere. Oddly I could almost expect this if it were a 3rd party vendor selling on Walmart, but this is from Walmart shipped by Walmart, that makes it especially frustrating and upsetting.

    My heater, was left, in the rain, by FedEx. Even though, my Walmart account, states to take, to my table, on my, back deck. The FedEx driver, choose to, leave my heater, on the front porch, in the rain, with no outer box, to protect, the heater box. The box, had an almost fist size hole, and it was left, upside down, because of that. The heater box was soaked, because they waited almost 30 minutes to message, delivered. FedEx, has the worst employees, because of the extreme, lack of detail, concerning the customer. I hope Walmart, stops using them. Their reviews, has to be, all negative. It took me, about 30 minutes to get a replacement, so, all in all, a 1 ⭐ rating or 0 zero. Get employees, that take, more pride, in their work, because this, isn't exceptable. These heaters, hardly last 1 year, so while you are at it, offer a more, reliable product, that never arrives, in a wet box. No wonder, these things, don't work long, with the way, they are being, handled. Use an, outer box to protect, heater box, so they don't, arrive with holes. A Walmart employee, started all this, by not at least, doing that. No pride, no attention, to detail, by all involved. Very bad, experience. Why does it take, 30 minutes, to make something up, to the customer, when electric appliances, are left, in the rain. Why would you allow, people to represent you, that will, fall this low, in character. ?

    I was disappointed that it did not have "the fan only" that was shown on the website under the product detail. I was really hoping that was going to be on this heater so it could be used without the heat, if possible.

    Quartz is quartz and that's good!
    I just shot out two of the "amish" style quartz heaters, enclosed quartz with blowers, that I paid around $200 apiece and replaced them with these because they simply work better and are more efficient. I like the heat of quartz because it's not as "dry" or "thin" like some others

    Do not buy this piece of crap. within 3 months it quite working. i ordered it from Walmart online and they will not warrant it even though it has a 1 year warranty

    worked great for 2months and then wouldn't turn on for a while once it was turned off...Then only one tube would work... don't waste your money on this one..... and I can't get information on the 1 year warranty .
