Easy setup and great product
Most of the machine came out together. 5 minute easy setup. I do not exercise anymore and using this machine I can feel the burn after the first rep of 20. This machine is great and I'm sure it will help me with my stubborn belly fat. I love it!!!

    It’s easy to use and for someone who is beginner to do exercises it’s perfect very low resistance.but for people use to do serious work outs its to easy.if the company would provide with diferent settings for more resistance or ad more springs it would be perfect

    I was so happy when it arrived...once assembled...and tried it...there is hardly not much resistance for abs ..diss-apointed .. I ended up giving it away after one use...my old ab rocket has a better ab work out..
