Easy to put together.
The item arrived in a big, narrow box. Most of it was already assembled; you only need to put the training wheels, the pedals, and the steering handle on. The instruction manual can be a bit confusing because it starts off on how to assemble it from the very beginning... if purchase at the store, it will already be ready-to-ride; if purchase online you'll get it the way I did (and will only need to put those 3 sections together). Looks just like the stock photos, everything seems sturdy, easy to take training wheels off when they're ready to. Design looks like a cool kid's motorcycle instead of a bike. Took my husband about 10 minutes to put the three parts on the bike. My son loves it instantly. Brakes works great, you can't pedal backwards, so that is how a young child would brake, by turning the pedal backwards.

Deeply disappointed in poor quality
I was very excited to receive this bike. Unfortunately when I received the box which had two big holes in it I wasn't sure. Upon opening the box, the bike looked great. It was quite heavy and had a good height. That is as far as the good qualities. One of the portions exposed from the closed box was where the left pedal one-either the pedal was defective or the hole in which the pedal was supposed to go was not a perfect round for the pedal to screw in. I could not get the right pedal to screw in either. There was a metal piece sticking out in the grooves thinking that might have prevented the pedal from screwing in, but was not able to screw in the pedal. I tried attaching the pedal from the inner side to see if the pedal went in and that worked. Secondly one of the bolts to attach the training wheels was missing. This was the second part that was exposed from the damaged box. I could purchase a replacement bolt but could just not solve the pedal issue. Overall this bike is unusable and was a major disappointment.

    Everything we wanted!
    My son is a small 2 year old and absolutely loves this bike. It's perfect height for him and great quality. The only issue we ran into while installing the bike is that one tire wouldn't inflate due to it being popped off the rim but was an easy fix done in 20 minutes. Totally recommend!

    Perfect Speedbike for two boys!
    I got this Hyper 12" Speedbike for my 3 year olds birthday as his very 1st bike. My 3 year old is pretty tall for his age, loves to climb anything and everything and very active. Which is why this bike was the perfect gift for him! My husband and I thought it would take a while to assemble it but to our surprise it didn't take very long, super easy in fact! Most of it was preassembled minus the training wheels, the steering wheel, and peddles which were a breeze to connect. We put training wheels on as our 3 year old is in the process to learn how to ride a bike on 2 wheels. This bike is a beautiful color but impossible to hide from our kids! We attempted to hide it for his birthday and next thing you know he rolled into our bedroom with his awesome new bike. It's a dirt bike look alike which is really neat and has a very sporty blue look. While our soon to be 3 year old reaches the peddles, he can't fully ride it just yet but he is trying really hard. His big brother pushes the bike around as he sits. This bike is slightly on the taller end. My oldest on the other hand, who is 5.5 years old loves coming after school and riding this cool new bike. Looks like we will have to buy one more for both boys to ride their bikes. As a mom of 3 boys, I am very happy with the quality of this bike and to watch my boys riding it outside makes me very pleased with the product. It's easy to peddle and brake. The only thing I would add is maybe some reflectors for added safety.

    The bike came very quickly. However it looks cool but its very heavy. And it did not come with peddles! And there was a huge hole in the box.This is a nice bike but I don't think its a hood first bike because it is so heavy. It does come with the option of training wheels.

    This 12 speed bike is pretty nice and the training wheels are a plus. Putting the bike together was a huge pain so I definitely recommend buying in store to have it put together since they offer putting it together for you. It is a bit difficult for my begginers to peddle but the height is perfect for my 4 year old. The bike is really heavy as well which is a good thing but makes it a bit easier for the kids to mkve it arkund themselves.

    Hyper 12 in. Speedbike Boys Bike
    I received this Bike from the Sparks Review program and it is awesome. The assembly is so simple that you don't even need instructions since the bike comes almost assembled, which you wouldn't think by the size of the box. All you have to do is put the training wheels on, the pedals, and the handlebar. You will need a wrench to tighten things down. The only tricky part is making sure the handlebar is aligned right with the front wheel. The bike is made of hard plastic that is very sturdy, you know it will last a long time and it is very easy for a toddler to ride. Just note the size, it is very small to where the child would have to be under I'd say 3 ft. to ride this. But, it really looks good as a miniature fast dirt bike and my 4-year-old granddaughter loves to come over just so she could ride it.

    Great bike!
    This bike is great. My kid loves it. Shipped super fast. It was super easy to assemble. Comes with a amazing manual. Only be sure to adjust pedals tight. I was worried with the seat (it is thin)... I asked twice... my kid said it is comfortable. Two very important things for me as a mom: the chain is protected and the rays of the wheels are protected too with fun motorcycle design panels. How amazing is that!

    Great looking bike
    This is a great looking bike for boys who are just learning to ride a bike. The only parts you need to put together is the training wheels, handle bar and petals. Very easy to put together. Only tool needed is a wrench to tighten the bolts.
