Maybe I just got a bad unit
I was very disappointed with this purchase. Room never got cool. Compressor would shut off after about 2 minutes and I noticed a lot of water collecting in the hose. Tried it for 5 hours to give it a chance but it just didnt work

    This works to cool off. a 2 story Townhouse
    I helped my youngest get this. She lives in a two story Townhouse. And she had tried using a smaller number in btu air unit. Just didn't really help cool it off. I seen this one, and ordered it for her. She loves it. Finally found one that cools off her place.

    Horrible experience all around
    Item didn't have everything to use. After receiving damaged box was still hopeful it would at least work. However after waiting the time it says it requires before using it. It doesn't cool. It's too heavy for me to load in my car to return to store. An after numerous attempts the 2 locations close to me have been of little help in even speaking to someone about the issue. They just tell you to go online.

    It works great, very cold. It cooled down my whole entire living room less than a hour. I would definitely recommend fourteen thousand b t use it says, but they sent me a fifteen thousand b t u's Slash ten thousand eight hundred b to use it's a double unit portable's come doubled For the price definitely worth it

    The unit was better than nothing!
    This unit was better than nothing! You needed to stand I front to get heat relief. It was noisy. Temp would be set at 66 but with a temperature gauge 1 foot away the temp would never get lower than 78 degrees. The vent was extremely hard to install/connect! The unit had to be elevated in order for drainage water tube to work.

    It cools !! The air is COLD!
    Set it up and plugged it in. Had the whole thing up and cooling in less than 1 hour. The air is really cold. It sounds like an airplane landing on high setting. I would have to move it or turn it down or off to hear the tv. Some people have posted that the window vent kit is loose and doesn't fit well. I have tall sliding windows and it's decent. There's some gaps but nothing major. Most important... It's not 90 inside my house any more ❤️

    Absolutely love the portable air conditioner. Was very easy to set up. Very powerful. Works great. Gets cold love the difference settings. Office room is in the attic area so it get super hot . With in a half hour went from 98 to 74. Makes so much easier to work.

    I have had this about 2 weeks now and it was very easy to set up. The instructions were very clear. I did have to cut the window part to fit into my window which was easy. It's not loud and it works very well! This kept 3 rooms cool! The remote is very helpful to! Overall great AC!!

    This portable AC unit has been god sent. We have a pretty old outside unit that is breaking down often and so this portable unit has saved us quite a few times. It really does a phenomenal job of cooling down our living room which is where we use it the most. its a large size living room and does very well. It is easily connected to the internet and you can control it with alexa or through a phone app. .the only thing thats truly not that great is that we live in florida so it needs to be able to drain or it will shut off and the drain spot needs to be lower than the unit or it wont drain, for example, i have to have my unit elevated on a box so that it can drain into a larger tupperware i can pour out 2x a day.

    Love it!!
    I bought this for my bedroom cause I like my room nice and cold..it's quiet and blows cold cold air...it's also a nice size and doesn't take up a lot of space..I love the wifi feature cause I can turn it on from my phone before I get home from work
