Wonderful experience
A wonderful piece of equipment! Everything arrived nicely packed. Nothing missing. There was only one part not working that well. But Marcy sent me a replacement. They replied within hours and I received the replacement in less than a week. Excellent service. I definitely will recommend this company and the system.

Cannot get through the customer service
The machine is decent until it breaks. Getting cold out of the bar that adjust amount of weight in the stack. If you call the customer service number you only get a busy signal. I've only machine for approximately 6 months

    Overall extremely satisfied!
    The machine itself is great! Very sturdy, many options for exercises, overall great value for the price. On previous reviews there were a lot of complaints on the instructions. I can see how they can be confusing, but I took my time and had no issues. There were a couple of parts where having a second set of hands was helpful, but mostly did it by myself. Very satisfied. Shipping was another story. It arrived via freight shipping on time. There are 6 boxes total. I received two box 5 of 6's and no box 6 of 6. Box 4 of 6, 5 of 6 and 6 of 6 contained the weight plates. There was only one piece missing that was needed from box 6. Wal Mart couldn't do anything so they offered a partial refund. I worked through the manufacturer's website to request the missing part. I received the missing part about 10 days later. Other than the additional time waiting for the part, Wal Mart's and Marcy's customer service was awesome.

    The home gym is very functional and is meeting my needs (as I write this it is during the midst of COVID and everyone is quarantined so I could go to the gym for weeks before). As others wrote, this is a bit tough to assemble and will take a long time. However it did come with all the parts and before the expected delivery date with everything in tact (comes in 6 boxes). Would have liked for the instructions to have been a bit more clear, there are only pictures and some are hard to fully interpret especially with all the small parts, screws etc (and the cables are especially tricky). One complaint is that the front of the cable on the leg extension consistently goes off the track and gets jammed up and I have to fix it. Not sure if that was my fault setting it up or a defect. Overall, I am happy with this purchase and would recommend, just know you'll need to invest time to set it up.

    This is well worth the price. Two issues however, make sure all bolts are tight and correct-difficult movements and machine needs at least 10" extra top clearance than is listed

    This gym meets all of the requirements I was looking for. Yes it has 200 pounds of weight!! So many different positions to work the different types of muscle groups! Small footprint a plus! Well built . There are four positions on this unit they don't even mention (well worth the money) thanks Marcy happy costumer.
