I love this bike it's a awesome bike. It only requires little maintenance. I got the bike in store pick up. If u r looking to get a light trail bike to ride this is the one. Mongoose has always been my favorite bikes. I've tried other brands and types but they didn't meet my expectations. If you want to get into MTB i suggest you get a hardtail. They can get u experience in MTB fast. One thing is when u purchase this bike u can found a local bike shop that u will have to purchase the tubes, tires, and any upgrading u want to do to it.

Revived 2 Damage bikes
The seems nice if I could have only had a non damaged bike shipped to me. I ordered one and the bike was damaged and protruding from the box and the front wheel was bent badly. So I returned and ordered a second time only to have it be damaged worse than the first one the rear derailer was bent into the rear rim. Now I am going to a different store to buy a bike that is not damaged. Very disappointing as I wanted the bike for the weekend and received the first damaged one on Wednesday and after finding it damaged I ordered again and was to receive it Friday and was good as I wanted it for Saturday only for Friday to have the second bike come damaged as well. So I had to spend more money and buy a more expensive bike from a different retailer in order to get a bike that works and is not damaged. Very dissatisfied and just plain feel let down but this experience.

    The bike is good, Walmart not good
    I ordered that bike online to be delivered to my house. I got a call saying that they sold the built bike mnd would I mind getting one that has to be built, I didn't mind but when they delivered the bike it was the wrong size and wrong color! I was extremely upset because it was for my special needs son's birthday the next day. So I had to go to the store and exchange it due to it being the wrong size and pink and black. I returned it and they weren't sure if they had the one I ordered in stock. They did have it in stock but the seat was missing a part. Also they gave me a hard time selling it to me for the price I paid online and giving me a discount for the missing part that I had to order. Walmart.com is not what it used to be. Their customer service department is also very upsetting and disappointing. I can't believe that Walmart would treat me like this.

    the bike is honestly great and was not to banged up even though there was a huge hole in the middle of box ? . also the tires are really not that great. i weight about 220 and the tires are labels as 196 lb max weight load. so had to replace innertube and tire the same day of putting the bike together whoch really sucks. but over all its a decent buget bike.

    love the bike and the ease of shifting with the trigger gear system. dislike that the front disc break squeaks all the time, and that i had to reset the handle bars because they were upside down when i received it.

    Delivered broken
    Nice $298.00 bike but it was delivered with a broken rear derailer/shifter. I ordered online as it was $49 cheaper, I tried to exchange it at my local Walmart But they wanted to charge me full price. I explained to them that I would not be there if my six hour old bike was not delivered broken. After 20 minutes they finally exchanged the bike. upon arriving home I put air in the tires and adjusted everything, it seems like a good bike for the price and I hope to enjoy it this summer.

    Bike rides fine but the components are much cheaper than expected. Brakes work but are questionable. Easy assembly if you are used to working on bikes.

    Garbage. Second bike we have had shipped to us that has come defective and not rideable. Getting really tired of returning and re ordering bikes from Walmart.

    Chain broke and derailleur broke terrible product
    Me and my dad bought this bike 3 days ago and it was a great bike I loved it but two days later I went to the park with my friend and I rode through mud puddle and my chain broke and my derailer fell apart so it lasted 2 days then the derailleur blew up I felt one of the gears hit me in the back this thing can't go through a mud puddle without falling apart it was good for two days but them two days it was my favorite bike I ever had so two stars
