Good budget buy
I ordered this Crome book never had one before but was curious,how fast they were. Unit was packaged very well unit came fully charged ,looks bran new works fast and I amamased at price .don't know for sure how many updates it has left. Very happy with purchase

Atomic Cellular is horrible!
Wal-Mart is great but the company, Atomic Cellular, who I bought a refurbished Dell Chromebook from through the Wal-Mart website is horrible! When the computer arrived it was missing all the screws in the bottom so the computer was falling apart. The computer wasn't clean. It had stuff all over it from whoever owned it before. The auto update had expired so the computer was no longer able to receive updates from google ever again which means you also cant download apps or anything making the computer useless. Beware when buying a Chromebook because 6.5 years after the manufacturing date Google will no longer provide updates and apps. Atomic Cellular did promptly send me a return label and the computer is on its way back but it remains to be seen when I will get my money back.

    Not worth it, don't buy
    The pointer sticks and will not move until it starts back. So it takes a long time to work on the Internet and documents. Also the jack for the power cord to charge is very tight and hard to pull out. I can't bring it back that was the purpose of ordering online from my phone. I am so severely disabled, and cannot walk without a walker and most days barely can walk.

    High Recommend. Great price and quality.
    I loved this Chromebook. It was my first ever. I used it for nearly a year. Recently, I had an update say Java will no longer work after December 2020. I'm not computer savvy so I decided to buy a Windows 10 Dell to replace this for work. The back screws came loose over time and the screen started to disconnect so it was hard to open and close. It was used and I expected it anyways with the wear and tear.

    Do not buy chromebook ever
    I'm so horribly disappointed. I would never recommend a chromebook to anyone ever. It's impossible to get basic word processing etc set up. Apps don'twork, software doesn't work, and from what i've read i can'teven change the OS on a chromebook. It locks me out of the laptop because of the less-than rational google security features (not optional) and ur not allowed to access anything unless you're on the internet. Unless you want 100% of your activity and documents to be google property, don't even touch kne of these things. It's functionally useless to me, a modern college student. Really my complaint list goes on
