Breathtakingly Beautiful
i, like probably all of these reviews, had preordered my 2021 frame tv. i was elated to see this updated mounting design. it will undoubtedly prove to be much more robust. the instructions could have been a bit clearer, however, they did eventually make perfect sense. the template depicts the height of the tv at two different elevations; the lower position is where the tv will be when complete, while the top elevation depicts where the tv will need to be held during installation to align the tv into the keyholes of the mounting brackets. the tv is so thin and is held flush to the wall. the cable to the box is very flexible, thin, and clear. measuring just less than 15 feet.

Nightmare with one connect cable
love how the tv looks and the frame. from the first day i plugged it in. i have had issues with the tv restarting. i have troubleshooted everything to no avail. i suspect the sensitive one connect cable is to blame. not a good set up at all. i have submitted a service ticket so we will see what happens.

    The best!!!
    I would like to start by saying my Samsung TV is great! The TV shows crystal clear, I also have all Samsung products so it works well with all of my devices. Setup was easy, but you must have a Samsung account to access some of its services like HBO max etc. Overall my experience with my TV is great, no issues at all. It was easy to setup my phone to the device, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

    The picture mode is great and none of our friends believed us when we said that it was a TV. Exactly what we were going for! The tv picture quality is as expected and has great features with the smart tv feature. Super easy to install and set up. Highly recommend!

    For a piece of art it's a great tv
    i love my new 55" samsung frame tv. the picture quality is amazing and the picture is still visible and clear when the room is filled with sunlight. it is so amazing to walk into the room and have artwork appearing instead of a black screen. in order for the art to appear on the screen when you are not watching tv, you can purchase a subscription, purchase a piece of art, or upload your own photographs or downloaded artwork. in order for the image to fill up the entire screen, it must be formatted to 3840x2160 pixels. you can also configure the tv so that the artwork does not appear on it until the tv detects motion in the room. this feature is great to protect your tv screen and the artwork appears in mere seconds.

    Factory defect
    i have ordered this tv 3 times and they have all been damaged. upon arrival it looks great and i have the 50" which is fine. however, when i go to plug in the tv the input is warped and for the price i would expect a perfect tv. not sure if this is just with the 65" but it's really unfortunate because i was so excited! now i have to re-package it again, schedule a pick-up and the price has gone up. i'm sure samsung would honor my old price but it's been a nightmare to get through to anyone.

    Best smart tv ever!!!
    I've had my eye on the Samsung Frame tv since it came out. I'm so glad that I took the chance and purchased. It's one of the flattest laying tv's that I've ever seen. The picture and sound quality is amazing. I love how the setup with my phone and the app was seamless. The overall setup was less than 30 minutes. Another thing that's impressive with the tv is the actual ability to have it as wall art. I love…love…love…that feature. There are tons of apps available to use on the tv. I love the Samsung health app that gives you tons of access to exercise videos. I tried this one rainy Saturday and was quite impressed. Of course, I'm still getting to learn about my new Samsung Frame tv so I'm sure there will be more cool features to discover. Overall, what I've discovered in the time that I've had it…I'm very happy and so impressed. I definitely would recommend the Samsung Frame tv. I received this product at a discounted price for an honest review.

    Bought a 65” and a 55” and was in love until….
    we bought a 65” and a 55” and absolutely loved the sleekness, fit to the wall, and the new instructions of the wall mount made it easy to use as well. unfortunately within the 1st week our 55” has dimmed on the right side. we were sooo exited to show everyone at our house warming party but whem we turned on our work of “art” we were devastated that the tv was already defective. our 65” is perfect. its lretty far away from our router and still picks up the signal perfectly. hopefully samsung stands by its product and replaces this tv. i will update as we go through the warranty process.

    WANTED 2022 With New Features
    i wanted a frame tv over our new led fireplace since we bought this house, but had to remodeled first. after great reviews for new 2022 frame, i waited for it. ordered 2nd day it became available. i went to work to get it exactly placed on fireplace wall. one connect box was different size (larger) than expected. instructions are terrible. saw several youtube videos. measured twice and drill once. knew where studs were but couldn't get mounting brackets positioned. by grinding out 1/4" they fit. mounted brackets and made all connections. nothing worked! no lights on anything. again back to youtube for help because there's nothing in box to help with startup or troubleshooting. did everything suggested and success with no thanks to samsung. love the no glare screen.

    Good TV with broken hdmi2.1
    it's already 1 year hdmi 4 port is not working with xbox series x. i bought the tv in december 2021. install latest fw update. no effect. lots of open discussions in the internet. according to rumors samsung developers already have sw fix for the issue. but it's not yet delivered. even if it's going to be delivered - this is shame to have it broken for so long time. be able to play 4k 120hz vrr hdr - that was one of selling points for me.

    TV Of My Dreams
    After quite a bit of research we landed on this tv. I am so happy that we went with it because it's so beautiful. We had it on the stand for about a week, but that was easy enough to "install" and then remove. The mounting was not too difficult to figure out, but we were surprised that the wall anchors included weren't for drywall, but for cement. That being said it took two people less than an hour to do. The tv is easy to use, and the picture quality is amazing. Also I love having all the art to choose from when the tv is off, which was a main reason for us purchasing this. **This isn't related to the TV but the shipping was a nightmare. When we bought it we were given a date that got pushed back twice so that by the time it arrived it had taken two weeks***
