Great purchase with one hitch.
The Multi-Use Station is fairly versatile and is perfect for anyone used to doing body-weight workouts outdoors. (Although I suppose you could just as easily bolt it to your garage floor for an indoor workout). Breaking it down.... The Dip Bars are a shade wide for anyone under 5'9". If you're under that, you're going to have to turn your elbows out a bit. It should still work great, but it might not be what most people are used to in their everyday gym with adjustable dip machines. The Push-Up bars are perfect for pretty much everyone, even kids can enjoy these; keeps the hands from getting dirty. You've got both the level bars and the 45 degree angled ones as well. For those who seriously know what they're doing, you can really develop some solid core workouts off of this thing (assuming it's bolted). It's not quite tall enough for "flagpoles", but great for gymnastic-style exercise. Lots of great holds and poses. HERE'S THE HITCH...The "Pull-Up Bar", which is basically just for body rows (obviously not tall enough), has a solid grip to it, however the WIDTH is an issue. You can barely do an overhand grip without bumping your elbows every time on the vertical posts. If you plan on buying this, then understand, you'll only be able to do the body rows with a close, underhand grip. Back workouts will be tough on this. This is a solid purchase, but only if you plan on working Chest, Bi's, and Tri's. For you highschoolers out there, I'm sure that's wonderful, but keep in mind, you need to work more than just the "pretty muscles". [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Multi-Station Great Product
    I purchased the Multi-Station approximately 1 month ago. Out of box, easy assembly. Tool provided. Heavy duty steel with heavy paint coating. Very sturdy. Can mix up work outs with added dimensions. Absolutely love the product and how it has changed my fitness program.

    This company treats customers like they deserve to be treated. The Stamina fitness machine is a very well made, highly functional, superior product. I have owned several other pieces of equipment, of this nature.This units design is more advanced and precise than any other I have owned. This item is as solid as you would expect it to be.
