Simple to use and effective
I definitely did not think that this little gadget would do much to help tone my core, but it really does! The first 2 days I used it, I did it for about 20min and I became so sore. To the point that I couldn't laugh without my abs hurting, but I'm also out of shape and probably have done any an exercise in 5 years. This thing is simple to use and is effective! Would definitely recommend!

The wheels are a bit wonky
It works, but the wheels are a little distorted. I would recommend buying a slightly better quality. I'm currently contemplating returning this and upgrading.

    You will work!!
    This roller is definitely a full body work out. It is something to work at every single day. The discipline you have to have using your core gives you a real workout. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, even beginners. Go as far as you can and work your way up from there. You won't regret purchasing

    Holy cow this sucker works your abs!
    I didn't believe it but tried it anyway. Holy cow this sucker works your abs! Start slow because you won't feel it until tomorrow. Sunny has a YouTube video that shows you how to do it right. Make sure to watch it!

    Does what it's supposed to do
    Good product, sturdy, but I just wish there were a way to adjust the bars so it can be made to use either one wheel or two. It's not a deal breaker and it still gets the job done though. I can feel it working out my abs, stretching and strengthening my back, triceps and shoulders.

    The assembly was quick and easy, how often can you say that? The handle grips reminded me of the grips that are on a bicycle, grooved to fit your fingers and once you get the grips in place, just try and move them. So I got down on the floor and rolled the exercise wheel straight out. Once, twice, three times, nothing. All of a sudden my fore arms started to feel it. I continued rolling out (like a rolling pin) but now going to the left, then the right. It was then that I realized, yes I still do have abs! After a couple weeks of using this exercise wheel I've noticed that the sides of my stomach, had tightened. No 6 pack yet. I bought this unit to tighten up my abs but got the added benefit of toning up my arms. I think that this is a great idea for those of us who are not into situps and weight lifting.

    Did not disappoint
    Prior to purchasing this ab wheel, I did my due diligence and researched the various brands and models that were available on Amazon. After seeing that they all pretty much offered similar features, I went ahead and bought the ab wheel from Sunny Health and Fitness. I am pleased to report that I was not disappointed. I use the ab wheel 2-3 times per week. I leave it in the gym that is located within my work building for others to use. This thing gets dropped, tossed around, and left out. After several months of this type of handling and use, the ab wheel continues to do as advertised. I have no complaints or issues to report. The grip has a textured style to it so your fingers can easily be placed and grip the wheel. There isn't any type of squeaking or instability with the wheel. For the relatively low price in comparison to "fancier" ab wheels, I am very pleased with this product.

    Works wonders
    I weigh about 175 and it holds my weight well. Absolutely works AWESOME for abs, it will carve your whole core and you feel it working the whole area. Just have to actually use it!

    This "Wheel" is just what was advertised - works well and I was tempted to purchase a more expensive "Wheel" and have found this one does just what I expected at a much lower price. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted to get help with their exercises.
