Thank goodness I asked a friend to take a look. Its great on my back compared to the convention bike that has you leaning into the handlebars. There is no abdominal workout due to the difference in leg extension compared to the other type bike but I rather another 15minutes added onto my exercise routine fir abs than back aches.Vanessa
