Easy abs help
I originally bought this for the Abs pad and really did not expect much but must admit the EMS pulse is quite impressive. The pads themselves are fairly fragile and need to be handled with care. The gel stick on is the weakest part and close to useless but I adapted a belly bandage to hold in place which provides better contact and works quite well. The smaller pads deliver even more intense pulse, I suspect because of the smaller size and more concentrated energy But once again a smaller stretch bandage would be needed to hold them in place as the gel stick on pads are essentially useless. In summary, just the abs pad was worth the 40 bucks to me and used with a belly bandage is quite effective. In just five days of use am already feeling and noticing a difference.

Ok but needs improvement
I am noticing a difference while wearing this product during my workouts; slimming down and building muscle faster, but there are disappointing issues. The product is way smaller than depicted in the photos; ab belt is small so I have to wear it higher for upper abs then switch it lower for lower abs, the arm belts don't even stick on at all because they're so small. I haven't even had this product for long and already it's losing it's strength in the pads and falling off my skin. Like I said, it's working when it actually stays on, but I don't see it lasting very long.
