    Don't Buy
    Waste of money. Doesn't work well. Only stays charged for about 10 minutes. Sticky tabs don't stay put. I'm very disappointed in product. Would give it a zero if I could.

    I haven't tried it yet. It only has conductive pads for the abdominal pad and one arm pad. The instructions are minimal and although there's a "warranty form, there isn't a way to submit it. It would be helpful if there was a way to order more parts also.

    i recommend it and assure that it works well. But I don't use it while exercising or when I'm sweating. This is not a substitute for my abdominal exercises, this is a complement to my exercises and when I do any other exercise my abs are engaged more effectively. Don't need to buy another expensive
